I am a retired teacher, part time nail technician, and a very busy 62 yr old grandmother. Cancer runs rampant in my family on both sides. I exercise regularly, but I’m working on cleaning up my diet. I am just trying to be proactive since I take my health seriously. I feel so blessed to be a part of this wonderful group. You’re never too old to learn!!
