I have liver cirrhosis and I have mixed the rso and evoo and applied under armpits and under breast and my pain stops in my left part of my body where I have bad nerve pain I am fixing up patches to apply to my liver stomach and back I can honestly say that no pain meds that I have taken help me like this does please try it!!!! I get no high off of anything topical but try dosages small everyone is different
