My Golden with lung cancer

Hi, does anyone have experience with the canine tincture healing aggressive cancers in their pets? My girl has been diagnosed with primary lung cancer, she has a 10cm tumour in her left lung and possible metastasis in the right. We cannot do anything but make her comfortable. She is only 7 years old.
I placed an order for the canine bliss just about a week ago and am eager to receive it and start administering it.
I know that I need to start with a lower dosage and gradually increase it.
I wanted to know about others experiences with this and how long it took to start helping. The vet has given her only 3 months, so I feel like I have no time to waste.
